These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bee & Briar, LLC, website and your purchase or use of products, services, appointments, classes, events, memberships, programs, gift cards, and other offerings provided by Bee & Briar, LLC (“Bee & Briar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using this website, making a purchase, booking a service, registering for an event or class, purchasing or using a membership or program, or otherwise engaging with Bee & Briar, LLC, you agree to these Terms.

Mediumship, Psychic, Intuitive and Oracle Readings
Mediumship, psychic, intuitive, and oracle readings offered by Bee & Briar, LLC are provided solely for entertainment and amusement purposes.
Readings are personal and subjective experiences. Bee & Briar, LLC, does not guarantee communication with any particular deceased person, spirit, guide, or other presence; the receipt of any particular message or information; the prediction of future events; or any particular result or outcome.
Information received during a reading should not be relied upon as medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.
Spiritual and Wellness Practices
Reiki, energy work, shamanic practices, meditation, guided journeys, and similar offerings are complementary spiritual or wellness practices.

Appointments and Bookings
Appointments are subject to availability and are not considered confirmed until successfully booked or otherwise confirmed by Bee & Briar, LLC.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information.
Specific cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, no-show, deposit, or refund terms displayed during booking are incorporated into these Terms and apply to that appointment.
If circumstances outside Bee & Briar, LLC's, reasonable control require us to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative date, credit, or refund as appropriate.
Classes, Workshops and Events
Registration may be required for classes, workshops, circles, ceremonies, programs, and events.
Space may be limited.
Cancellation, refund, transfer, attendance, age, location, and other conditions displayed when registering for a particular offering apply to that registration.
Bee & Briar, LLC, may reasonably modify, postpone, relocate, or cancel an offering when circumstances require it.
Products and Merchandise
We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph products accurately.
Because many Bee & Briar, LLC, products are handcrafted, naturally sourced, agricultural, seasonal, or produced in small batches, reasonable variations in appearance, color, texture, scent, size, packaging, flavor, or other characteristics may occur.
Natural variations are not necessarily defects.
Product availability may change without notice. Prices and descriptions may be corrected when errors are discovered.
Herbal, Botanical and Wellness Information
Information concerning herbs, botanicals, traditional practices, ingredients, or wellness topics is provided for general educational purposes.
Descriptions of traditional or historical use do not constitute representations that a product will diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and considering allergies, sensitivities, medications, pregnancy, breastfeeding, health conditions, and other individual circumstances.
Returns and Refunds
Merchandise purchases are governed by Bee & Briar, LLC's Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Specific cancellation or refund policies displayed for appointments, classes, programs, memberships, or events govern those offerings.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Local Pickup
Certain products may be offered for local pickup.
Customers are responsible for following pickup instructions provided with their order.
An order marked ready for pickup does not authorize entry onto private areas of Bee & Briar, LLC's, property.
Pickup arrangements may be changed when reasonably necessary because of weather, safety, availability, or other circumstances.
Gift Cards and Gift Certificates
Bee & Briar, LLC, gift cards and gift certificates may be used toward eligible Bee & Briar, LLC, offerings according to the terms provided with them.
Purchased gift cards and gift certificates are subject to applicable New York law.
They will not expire earlier than permitted by applicable law or decline in value through prohibited dormancy or service fees.
Where required by New York law, an eligible remaining balance of less than $5 may be redeemed for cash upon request.
Promotional certificates issued without payment may have different terms when permitted by law.
Memberships and Recurring Purchases
If Bee & Briar, LLC, offers a paid membership, subscription, or automatically renewing program, material price, billing, renewal, and cancellation information will be disclosed before enrollment.
By enrolling in an automatically renewing offering, you authorize the disclosed recurring charges until cancellation becomes effective.
Cancellation stops future renewals or charges according to the terms applicable to that offering.
Unless otherwise stated or required by law, cancellation does not retroactively refund a properly charged completed billing period.
Payments
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other charges will be displayed when required.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers whose own terms and privacy policies may apply.
Website Accounts and Member Areas
Certain website features may require an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and activity through your account.
Paid, private, or member-only content may not be shared with others without authorization.

We will not intentionally disclose sensitive information from a private service intake form as part of a testimonial without appropriate permission.
Respectful Conduct
Bee & Briar, LLC may refuse or discontinue service, participation, or access when reasonably necessary because of threatening, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, dangerous, fraudulent, or seriously disruptive behavior.

Limitation of Liability
